Can you see who views your Facebook group page?
Seen by will appear next to each post to indicate how many group members have seen it. Tap Seen to find out who’s seen it. Anyone who can view the group post will see Seen by.
Can a Facebook group admin see my profile?
That depends on your privacy settings. Most Facebook page administrators manage their pages from behind a regular Facebook account. That means that they can see the same information about you that other Facebook users see. Facebook allows you to customize your profile info to show or not show to these groups.

Group admins and moderators can see the actions of other admins and moderators by viewing the Admin Activity log. Tap in the top right of Facebook, then scroll down to Groups and select your group.

Once the request for membership is made, Groups offer two settings for membership approval. In the first one, any member of the group can approve the join requests. However, if admin wants to check every member individually, they can go with the second setting — Only admins and moderators.
