If no ‘Share’ button appears on a post – it is because of the Privacy Settings of the original post. If a post is set for ‘Friends Only’ (perhaps this is your Default Timeline setting) – it will not be available for ‘Sharing’ around on Facebook beyond that setting.
Make sure the first pull-down menu says Share On A Page You Manage. If it doesn’t, click on the arrow and select this option. Next, make sure the second pull-down menu directly below displays your Page (especially if you manage more than one). Change the third pull-down menu to the right so you are Posting As yourself.
How do I turn on the share button on my Facebook business page?
To Enable the Facebook Like Button
- Log in to your Admin Area and go to Inventory > Products.
- Click the three-dot actions menu icon and select All Products Settings.
- Select Enable Facebook Like Button and Enable Facebook Send Button.
- Click Save.

Unfortunately, there’s no way to force the “Share” button to appear on posts that you mark as “Friends. That’s just the way it’s going to be from now on. But that being said, if you really want as many Facebook users as possible to see a given post you can always change its privacy level to “Public”. Setting a post to “Public” will do two things:
