Can I pause YouTube upload?
Unfortunately, no, you can’t pause your upload. If the server is not receiving data within a specific time then the upload will be aborted.

Why do I have to double click a YouTube video?
Cant double click to full screen or single click to play/pause. The control bar doesn’t load sometimes, in full screen the control bar only spans half the screen. Can’t play embedded youtube videos on other sites because its not registering any click events.
