Does SSL certificate require FQDN?
If the Vault server is a member of a domain, IIS will use its FQDN, to generate the certificate. All SSL configuration will then need to be done using the FQDN. If the Vault Server is added or removed from a Windows Domain, its full computer name will change and SSL will need to be reconfigured.
