Once you’ve selected your ad set, click the “Edit” button, and scroll to the Audience section. Click Edit Audience. In the Detailed Targeting section, there’s an option for “EXCLUDE people who match at least ONE of the following”. Select Demographics>Work>Employers and type in your client’s name.
