In the WordPress Dashboard I went to Appearance > Widgets and created two widgets in each footer section instead of one Widget. You can then select a language at the bottom of the widget you wish the widget to display for if Polylang is enabled.

The header and footer are base don the theme options and can be translated with String Translation. Please go to WPML -> String Translation and select the option “translate strings in admin screens” at the bottom of the screen.
To translate the footer text you have to go to WPML -> String Translation and select the ‘admin_texts_autorent_option_data’ context. You will see the footer string is ready for translating within the few strings in that context.
