Finding a Website Author. Look at the top and bottom of an article. Many websites that employ contributing and staff writers will often display the author name at the top or bottom of an article. This is the first place you should look for an author.

Most books are a minimum of 12 months in the making and a great many of them require two to five years. If you want to stay current and connected, a blog will serve you better than a book. 4-Blogging will help develop an audience for your book. If you want to sell your book, then you need a relationship with audiences.
HOW TO ADD YOUR BLOG FEED TO YOUR AUTHOR PAGE: Next to “Blogs” on the Profile tab, click Add blog. Enter the feed address for your blog then click Add. Note: Make sure you enter the feed address, not the blog address. If you use WordPress, add /feed/ to your blog’s URL.
How do I start a blog on my author profile?
Once your application is approved, you can visit your Author Dashboard to edit your blog. On your Dashboard, scroll down until you see Your Blog. This will take you to a welcome page with the options to write a new post or sync with a pre-existing blog. From this page you can also change the name of an existing blog on Goodreads.

This will show a flydown menu on the screen with a bunch of options. You need to check the box next to ‘Author’ option. After that, you need to scroll down on the post edit screen just below the post editor. You will see the Author box there.
