How do I bypass the verify your account?
How to bypass Account Verification by resetting your phone
- Go to your device’s Settings and factory reset the phone (this will vary from device to device)
- Once your device has been factory reset and rebooted, follow the steps of the setup process.
How do I get past Microsoft verification?
Go to Security settings and sign in with your Microsoft account. Under the Two-step verification section, choose Set up two-step verification to turn it on, or choose Turn off two-step verification to turn it off. Follow the instructions.

The reset process may take a while as it deletes your device’s data. Select “Reboot system.” Once the reset is complete, use the Volume key to scroll to the “Reboot system” option, then press the Power button to reboot your device. Your device should reboot without prompting a pattern/password to unlock it.

The Test email is stuck in the online version of my account because I cannot verify my account. It is not in the online Outbox – there is none in the online email account.
