Why Google takes your data?
Google uses all the data it collects to improve usability — and your information alone can’t do all the work. Google also analyzes billions of other people’s data across different apps to make its services more useful for everyone.

It collects data on what videos you watch, the ads you click, your location, device information, and IP address and cookie data. Finally, Google promises that it doesn’t sell your data, but rather uses your information to “make ads relevant” while you’re browsing the web.
Why does Google carrier services need so many permissions?
It needs so many permissions because Play Services acts as a hub where other apps rely upon for security services provided by Google. Google Play Services have system-level access to provide multiple internal features and hides sensitive information from other apps.

If you want to clear all the data stored by “Google Play services,” touch the “Clear all data” under “Total storage.” Again, a dialog box displays warning you that all the data for all of the “Google Play services” apps will be deleted permanently.

Can a Google account be managed by an administrator?
