You just need to disable the minute minder. Apparently that’s a setting that allows your phone to beep every minute during a call.

How to get rid of the annoying beeping during calls?
Slide down the Home Screen and go to Settings (the spoke’d wheel). Scroll down to Applications, then Call, then Call Alerts. Uncheck the “Minute Minder”… you’re done. :thumb: There is this annoying beaping during calls constantly! The minute reminder is turned off.
