Why are my steps different on Apple watch and Health app?
If Apple Health or the Fitbit app show more steps than your Apple Watch, it usually means you have Fitness Tracking enabled on your iPhone. Our app can only sync one data source. Whatever is selected in the Fields tab will sync to Fitbit.
