Why my screenshot option is not working?

After updating my BIOS with 607 my SD-Card reader works but…. When I press the lock screen button my tablet wants to shut down. and when I press the volume down button it opens the windows task manager. Is there a way to configure these buttons to the volume function?
Is the volume button on the Surface Book working?
With the computer (MS Surface Book) turned on, I pressed the PowerButton and the VolumeDown keys until it restarted. On restart it performed a hard drive scan (with nothing obviously wrong found) and the volume buttons were working again.
