Apple has a trade-in program that offers decent (not great) value, but is very easy. If you sell on eBay or similar you can probably expect to recoup 75% of the value after a year, and 50% after 3 years. It’s not. Both the RAM and SSD are ‘onboard’ which means soldered in this model.
