How do I turn on True Tone display?
Do any of the following:
- Open Control Center, touch and hold , then tap to turn True Tone on or off.
- Go to Settings > Display & Brightness, then turn True Tone on or off.
Why did my True Tone disappeared?
Go to Settings>General>About and check the software version of the phone – iOS 13.2. Tap Display & Brightness. We can see that the True Tone has been turned on with the switch being green. We can see that the true tone option has vanished.
Does True Tone work after screen replacement?
This appears to only work on OEM replacements. If you go to a non-authorized Apple repair (or order one online to install yourself) and have them install a 3rd party/aftermarket screen, there is no way to copy this data and no way to get True Tone back…
