Can family sharing work with different countries?
All Family Sharing members have to be in the same Country/Region. As stated in this Support article: Not all content and content types are available in all countries or regions. To share purchased content, all family members must use the same Apple ID country or region.
Can I switch countries on App Store?

How do I change iTunes country with family sharing and?
My Child also had a US account, so neither Adult nor Child could join Apple Music under the Family Share. The only way to fix this is to go into Child’s iPod/iPhone, go to her account in Apple Music, iCloud, and iTunes Store and in one of those, you will be able to change the Country to UK.
Where are my family members in different country?

Why are some apps available in different regions?
All purchases are region-specific. The licence agreement that you get is only for the region that you purchased it in. That’s why apps, music and videos very often are different in different regions and may not be available everywhere.
Can a family member use the same Apple Store?
