Can I delete alias files on Mac?
To delete an alias, simply drag it onto the Trash icon on the Dock. You can also Control-click it and choose Move to Trash from the contextual menu that appears, or select the icon and use the keyboard shortcut Command+Delete. Deleting an alias does not delete the parent item.
What does legal alias mean?

What happens to mail sent to an alias email address?
Mail sent to the alias email address will be delivered to the mailbox of the Primary Address for the user. All mail sent out by the user will have the Primary Address in the From field of the message.
Do you use spaces when aliasing a table name?
