On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Photos, then turn on Shared Albums. On your Mac, open the Photos app. From the menu bar at the top of the screen, choose Photos > Preferences. Click the iCloud tab, then select Shared Albums.
You can share photos and videos in Photos on iCloud.com as email attachments or an iCloud Link. Note: Photos you share using an iCloud Link are different from shared albums you create on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, or Windows computer.

What happens when I turn off iCloud photo sharing?
Disabling it turns off any photos you’ve shared in albums to other people, but it also deletes all shared images from other people that are on your iOS or macOS device. So disabling it won’t remove any images from your libraries or Camera Roll from your devices.
Can iCloud family see my photos?
Actually a Shared Family photo album is a feature of Family Sharing. Photos need to be actually shared through that album to be visible to other members of the family group however. So unless you actually share you photos, they cannot be seen by anybody else.
