Is there a way to change the language of the App Store?

I also had the same problem here in korea, I changed the setting and its working fine for me. You can try this out: setting> store>click on ur ID>select view ID>enter ur password>u can see the option for changing the region or country below the billing information> click and select ur new region and agree with terms. This should work.
