Can Macbook be used as display?
You can use more than one iMac as a display, if each iMac is using a Thunderbolt cable to connect directly to a Thunderbolt port on the other Mac (not the other iMac). Press Command-F2 on the keyboard of the iMac. You should now see the desktop of the other Mac. Or disconnect the cable, or restart either Mac.
Can you use another Mac as an external monitor?

With an external monitor connected to the MacBook Pro 16-inch (no matter port) 99.5% of all 16-inch MacBook Pro (including my own) have the issue where the fans are spinning even though you are doing nothing on your Mac and it’s getting hot over the Touch Bar. It’s a bit annoying but you probably have headphones on, so you will not notice it.

The first and probably preferred option would be to have an HDMI wired connection between your PC and your MacBook, but even though there is an HDMI port on most MacBooks, it is built for video output only so that makes it impossible.
