Will any USB keyboard work with Mac Mini?

Why is my Apple Keyboard not connecting to my computer?
When I startup my computer I am prompted with the ‘there isn’t a keyboard connected’ message. I’m using an apple wired USB keyboard, it was working perfectly fine yesterday and it appears to still be operational as I can charge my iPhone from it. I’ve tried restarting, using different ports, removing other USB devices, but haven’t had any luck.

I don’t know anything about Panther, so my suggestion may not work. You will see a list of devices that are currently connected (it will say so), or a bunch of numbers (usually with no name) that probably were connected in the past. Just highlight them and click the “-” button at the bottom to delete those profiles.
Why does my USB keyboard not turn on?
Go to your system preferences and simply turn off bluetooth and wifi. You don’t need either to be on if you’re using the wired USB keyboard. I’ve never discovered why my bluetooth and wifi turn on by themselves.
