How do I get rid of Bluetooth notifications?
Go to settings>apps>all apps, find bluetooth… click on it and untick show notifications…i am using kitkat version so this may differ on lollipop.

On this screen you will see all the devices that have been paired. If you see the Apple TV then simply unpair it. Otherwise if you click on the menu of this page (3 vertical dots) you will have the option to rename the phone. I’m pretty sure that if your Bluetooth name is changed , nothing that has been authorized to connect will still do so.
