Can you cancel a pending purchase in iTunes?
I have a pending purchase from the app store. I have not downloaded the purchase and I would like to now cancel the purchase. Technically, the purchase is not pending, as soon as the payment gets cleared from your bank account the purchase is deemed complete and final.

When your status is Active (Pending User Info). Go to Agreements, Tax, and Banking and View for paid apps. In that page you need to add contact for Senior Management, Financial, Technical, Legal, Marketing and you are done. Once you have applied for renewal of contract, then Apple will send one code within 2 business days.

How do I report a problem with my iTunes purchase?
