Can you use CPDLC and ACARS without HF?
With CPDLC and ACARS, one day, HF will become obsolete. ATC and the company can already be reached without the use of HF. Weather information can be printed out meaning that we don’t need to listen into the VOLMET with HF (Although HF is free, ACARS cost money per use). Hope this helps!
