Why is my monitor not white?
Make sure the monitor is set to run at its true or native resolution. You can adjust the resolution in the DISPLAY PROPERTIES located in the Control Panel. To prevent this from happening again, make sure that you don’t exceed the maximum resolution of your monitor.

I’ve only had them a couple weeks, and when I first got them the white looked bright and accurate on both monitors. Now however the white looks a bit more grayish on my main monitor compared to the side monitor (with say Notepad maximized on both screens in a new blank document).
