Does PT100 need calibration?
The calibration of the Pt100 sensor is carried out by comparing the measured value from the sensor against a high accuracy independently calibrated reference sensor. Depth of immersion – both the reference and the specimen need to be immersed sufficiently to ensure the highest quality measurement.
