What does it mean when there is no order confirmation email?
No order confirmation email… No order confirmation email and order not showing up in my account… I placed an order at 4AM Central. I never got a confirmation email and the order is not showing up in my account. I can pull it up via the order number (I printed the confirmation). Anyone else had this issue?

Keep checking–it’ll show up eventually. As long as you have your order number, you should be fine. I should also mention to check your credit card bill–AT should’ve placed a hold on your card for whatever amount you paid. If the hold is there, then the order definitely went through.

It took about 5 hours until I could see my order through my account instead of checking by order number. Keep checking–it’ll show up eventually. As long as you have your order number, you should be fine.
