Are all BMW bolt patterns the same?
Nearly all BMWs have 5 lug bolts in a 120mm bolt circle. Beginning with the G01 7-series chassis in 2009, all G-chassis use a 5×112 bolt pattern – the same number of lug bolts but in a 8mm tighter circle.
Will any 17 Rim fit my car?
Wheel dimensions are measured in diameter (15,16-17-inches, etc.) and width (6,7, 8-inches). Replacement wheels that are the same size as stock should go on without a problem. You can fit larger diameter and wider wheels, but you may run into clearance issues.
Can BMW rims fit?
Most late model BMW wheels will fit because they are 5×120 bolt pattern, the problem is the offset’s. IIRC most of them are running high teens low 20’s for rear offsets(the good looking wheels anyways), those won’t work on our cars unfortunately.

What rims will interchange with a BMW?
As a general rule, 4×100 wheels will all interchange. Your only concern will be the offset. They’re all 57.1 center bore.
Can I put a different size rim on my car?
It depends. Wheels and tires are not interchangeable words. Tires are a part of the wheel setup. For instance, your vehicle has a set size of rims, but you can buy different sizes of tires to fit those rims, as long as the middle of the tires is the correct size.
Do all 17 inch tires fit 17 inch rims?
For diameter you’ll need to be sure that your tires and wheels are an exact match, e.g. a 215/65R17 tire will only fit on a 17″ diameter wheel. For sports cars, the general rule of thumb is to match the wheel width to the tread width in inches. For example a tire size 285/35-19 has a tread width of 9.9″.

Registered. OEM Wheels have numbers cast/stamped into the inside of the center section. These may be the same as the BMW part numbers, which you can get from the dealer or possibly online (you may want the German part numbers, usually different from the U.S. part numbers).

F22 and E82 wheel sizes and offsets are very close but with slightly lower offsets in the front. The same lack of space carries over from the E82 to the F22. Note that to fit serious rubber on the M235i Racing car BMW had to use larger fender flares.
What kind of wheel do I need for a BMW E46?
For the Spec E46 series we use a 9.0″ wheel on the front and rear and they clear without issues. A 9.0″ wheel and 255-265 tire should be all you need for grip in this car. A 9.5 or 10.0 in the rear is also possible if you want to do a staggered set.
