2019 touring same problem. Had this car for several weeks and this is a constant problem. Very annoying! Button on back works intermittently. Sometime will open door sometimes it wont. Where is the tailgate button on a Subaru 20, 19?
It’s not the same as the 20, 19 has one or two buttons on the bottom left side of the dash to program this. Going from memory, one of them sets the partial opening height, the other button chooses whether it opens all the way or to the programmed lower height.
