Why are my incoming calls not coming through?
Make sure Do Not Disturb is disabled. When this feature is on, you won’t receive any notifications, including incoming calls. Also, check that Do Not Disturb is not set to turn on automatically at certain times of day by going to Settings > Sounds > Do Not Disturb > Turn on automatically.
Why is my phone not allowing outgoing calls?
The first thing you need to check is your SIM card. Make sure that you have a stable network coverage signal and that your SIM is properly placed. The second thing to do is to navigate to Settings > Network & internet > Your SIM card and ensure that your SIM card is active and that it is allowed to make outgoing calls.

I too have the same problem.. Able to send SMS, receive incoming calls, browse through internet, able to make calls through whatsapp but outgoing voice call is not working. Cut off immediately once I dialed. Checked the call setting, nothing is blocked. did reboot , safe reboot and switched off and on.. no use… feeling angry with OPO……
