Why do I keep exceeding my data limit?
There are many reasons you could be exceeding your data cap. Perhaps your kids are running amok streaming YouTube off Wi-Fi, or maybe you’re roaming more than you realize. If you find yourself going over your limit on a regular basis, it could simply be time to re-evaluate how much data you actually need.
What is data limit and data warning?
You can have your phone issue a warning if you’re nearing your data limit before the end of your monthly billing cycle. You can even set a limit beyond which your phone won’t use any data. Back up and toggle “Set data warning” on. You can then enter the data limit — say, 4GB — that you want for your phone.
How do I set a data usage warning?

Can you go over unlimited data?
Your phone’s unlimited data plan isn’t really unlimited — this is what you really get. There’s a cap on your high speed data, no matter what plan you pay for. You won’t pay overages, but your data will come to a crawl if you go over your limit.
Can I go over my data limit?
