Can a tech lead be a Scrum Master?
It’s not always possible to combine the positions of Tech Lead and Scrum Master. A person undertaking this challenge must possess the right skills and much experience to do it appropriately and efficiently. Tech Lead and Scrum Master responsibilities aren’t mutually exclusive.
