Can Google Sheets access only one sheet?
Open the required Google spreadsheet (we say primary sheet) and click on the Share button on the right top corner of the document. Now click on Advanced from the “Share with others” window. Now you will be on the ShareSettings window, click on “Change” link.
Can you run multiple scripts in Google Sheets?
In Google Sheets, you can find the Script Editor in the Tools tab. Once you click on the Script Editor option, it opens the Script Editor in a new window (as shown below). You can have multiple scripts in the same script file and you can have multiple script files as well.
How do I run a Google script periodically?
Click Save.
- From the script editor, choose Edit > Current project’s triggers.
- Click the link that says: No triggers set up.
- Under Run, select the name of function you want to trigger.
- Under Events, select either Time-driven or the Google App that the script is bound to (for example, From spreadsheet).
Can you hide Google sheets from certain users?
Either right-click on the tab name or go to the tools menu and click “Protect sheet”. Select Sheet, Hidden and click on “Set permissions”. Here set the protect sheet editing permissions as below. Now right-click on the sheet tab and choose “Hide Sheet”.

- In Sheets, click the cell you want to add the link to.
- Click Insert. Link.
- In the Link box, click Select a range of cells to link.
- Highlight the cell or range of cells you want to link to. Move the Select a data range window if it’s in the way.
- Click OK.
- (Optional) Change the link text.
- Click Apply.
Open the file you want to share (that you own or have edit access to). Click Share. Enter the email addresses or groups that you want to share with. Choose what kind of access you want to give people: Editor, Commenter, or Viewer.
