Can I search in Microsoft Planner?
Based on my test, search function is not available in Planner. However, we have filter feature in Planner. In My tasks or a plan, we can see Filter at right top of the windows. We could use it to filter by Due date, Label, Assigned people.

Where can I Find my Microsoft Teams planner?

How does content search work in Microsoft Teams?
After adding search conditions, you can export a report or the actual content to your computer for analysis. Records for messages sent in a private channel are delivered to the mailbox of all private channel members, rather than to a group mailbox. The titles of the records are formatted to indicate which private channel they were sent from.
Can you add a planner tab to a team channel?
You can then work on your plan from within Teams or in Planner for web, remove or delete your plan, and get notified in Teams when a task is assigned to you in Planner.
