Can send texts but not pictures?
You can turn on the cellular connection from the notification panel or the Android settings menu. Navigate to Settings > Network & Internet and toggle on Mobile data. If you’re using mobile data, but Android still won’t send picture messages, disable your device’s mobile data and re-enable it.
Why does my iMessage only work with one person?

To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question. Can’t send iMessage to one of my contacts! I can send an imessage to all my iphone contacts except my fathers new iphone 5S. He only gets my texts via cell network, but I get his repies in iMessage. I have searched high & low but cant figure this one out.
