Can t upload file error in Salesforce?
If you are experiencing the following behavior, please log a case with Salesforce Support to enable “Content Delivery Setup.” In a Private Chatter Group, if a User tries to drag and drop or select file from “Files”, they will see “Can’t upload ” error message.

Steps to Enable:
- Go to Setup.
- Go to Salesforce Files (quick find: type “Salesforce Files”)
- Click General setting.
- Click Edit.
- Check “Files uploaded to the Attachments related list on records are uploaded as Salesforce Files, not as attachments”
- Click Save.
