Can the owner of a Google Doc See comments?
Note: The owner of a document will get notifications for all comments by default. If someone suggests an edit to a document you own, you can accept or reject it.
Can you make comments private Google Docs?
There is no way to hide comments in Google Docs. If you resolve some comments, they will no longer be visible in the document. But you can find them in the “comment history” at the top right of the Google Docs document.
