Can you have multiple accounts on Trello?
On Android: Tap the dropdown menu icon next to your username. Tap “Add Account”. Log into an existing account or sign up for a new account. To switch accounts, follow steps 1 & 2, then select the account you’d like to switch to.
How do I add users to Trello?
To add members to a board, select “Invite” from the board menu. Search for a user by name or enter an email address to invite them to the board. Click their name to add them to the board. Depending on the board settings, you may need to be an admin to invite someone to the board.

Hi @Rose Abbl Trello is introducing new limits regarding the number of boards a member can be on and the number of members a board can have. Both of the limits will be set 1,000. This means that a single user can be a member of up to 1,000 boards and a single board can have up to 1,000 members.

We don’t have a way to merge two different Trello accounts. However, we do have a workaround: Log into the account you do not wish to use anymore. On each board, invite your other user (the one you intend to keep using) and make that user an admin of that board.

Click on your profile avatar in the top right corner of Trello, and then click the ” Add another account” option. From there, you can add the email of your other account and authenticate with it.
