Can you make a multi part question in Google Forms?
The simplest way is by creating a multiple choice question, then setting rules for the answers. Click the three dots at the bottom-right of a multiple choice question, then click Go to section based on answer. You’ll see a drop-down menu to the right of each answer.
Does Google Forms limit number of questions?

Look for the 3 dots menu in the upper right and choose “Get pre-filled link.” This will open a preview of the Google Form.
Why did I not fill out my answer on Google Forms?

How do you click here on Google form?
