Can you ping Layer 2?
All devices in the Layer 2 path must be mutually reachable. To verify the ping connectivity you need to use the IP address that the CDP advertises on its Layer 2 interfaces. that is not in the Layer 2 path from the source device to the destination device. All devices in the path must be reachable from this switch.

Is the VLAN routing OK for a switch?
Yes the posted switch configuration shows that the vlan logic is ok and the trunking logic is ok. The routing is ok (especially proven by the fact that r2 can successfully ping the PC). But there is no default gateway for the switch.
Are there static routes between two VLANs?
Static routes are going to be dependent upon which device routes between the VLANs. In the case of the switch routing between the VLANs, the router is going to have a route for 192.168.1.0 because it is directly attached to this VLAN. But it will not have a route for 192.168.2.0.
Are there any ports on more than one VLAN?
