If so, I think you can go to Messages / Settings / Advanced / Group Messaging and set it to “Send an SMS reply to all recipients and get individual replies (mass text)”. If you have it set to “Send an MMS reply to all recipients (group MMS)”, I think it will go out as a single MMS message.
