Can you subscribe someone else to a report in Salesforce?
Each user can set up subscriptions for up to 5 reports. To subscribe a user, group, or role to a report, the folder containing the report must be shared with the user, group, or role. Each subscription supports up to 500 recipients. Each recipient is a single user, role, role and subordinates, or group.
How do I grant access to reports in Salesforce?

Currently, Users can subscribe to a maximum of 5 reports or dashboards and be notified whenever set conditions are met. This maximum limit is currently hard-coded and cannot be increased. Note: The limit of 5 subscribed reports is independent for Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience.
How to enable users on reports and dashboards?
Simply look under System Permissions on a particular Profile to see what Report and Dashboard permissions are checked, and adjust if needed. Managers often consume more information in Reports and Dashboards than users, but it’s still best to give them the ability to create so that we can drive adoption vertically in the company.
