Can you track who opens an email?
Email tracking notifies you when any email you sent has been opened or clicked. Email tracking software places an invisible image pixel in your emails that can detect the exact time and date an email has been opened by a recipient.

- Click on the Sending option on the left-hand side of your Mailgun dashboard.
- Click on the Domains option, which is also on the left-hand side of your Mailgun dashboard.
- Select your sandbox domain from among the domains list; you’ll see the name as a long string starting with “sandbox.”
How many emails can I send with Mailgun?
Free plan (no credit card required): 5,000 messages/month are included. There is a limit of 300 messages per day on the included sandbox domain. Data retention for Logs and the Events API is 1 day.
Where are Mailgun servers located?
Send your emails from multiple regions around the world with a single account. We believe you should have control over where your data lives, so we expanded Mailgun’s infrastructure. Mailgun is hosted within both the EU and the US, and you choose which region your data is processed in.
Is Mailgun no longer free?
As of February 2020, MailGun no longer offers a free plan or limit and offers 2 types of plans: Flex plan is a pay-as-you-go plan that is priced at $0.8 per 1000 emails sent and has no commitment.
