A head bolt should not be reused if the threads are galled or badly damaged. Chasing damaged head bolt threads with a die will clean up the threads but also remove material (metal) and undermine the head bolt’s ability to torque down and hold to specs.

Where can I find a Vortec 062 cylinder head?
The “062” version has three triangles on the front to identify it. These are what you typically see on GM crate engines that we sell here at Speedway Motors. The other version “906” used one single hump on the front. They are identical other than the markings. My advice is to look for these at your local salvage yard.
