How does Shadow app work?
Shadow works through an app that lets users access their PC from a wide variety of screens, including Android, iOS, Mac, Linux and Windows devices, as well as certain smart TVs. From here, you can just tap to play something; Shadow will automatically boot the required service, like Origin or Steam, and launch the game.

It took 11 calendar days from signing up to my Shadow being activated (compared to the stated 48 hours). In this time there was very little communication.
