Do other people see your Siri nickname?
The heartless trust-breaker Siri has the ability to call you whatever you want it to. For instance if you tell it, “Call me Alf,” Siri will oblige. But it also enters that nickname next to your own entry in your contacts list, just under your actual name.
Can other iPhone users see my name?
In Settings on iCloud.com, you can see a list of the iOS, iPadOS, and macOS apps that let other users of those apps look you up by your Apple ID email address. Anyone who looks you up can also see your first and last name. You can prevent any listed app from showing your name and email address to other users.
Can people see your nickname on email?
Typically they’ll ask you for your e-mail address, but your name is probably optional. There won’t be a “human readable” portion of the e-mail address for that sort of message.
Why are some names bolded on iPhone contacts?
Both names would be bold if you entered them in the Company field, or put both first and last name in the first/last name field and didn’t separate them into the two proper fields. Thank you very much.

It doesn’t “send your name”. When you send a new message to any user, whether they have you in contacts or not, iMessage sends out a “from” component that YOU control.
Why does a contact name come up red in iMessage?
So I figured out that red means no iMessage, obviously, but my question is when I add the contact the mobile number and email both have iMessage next to it. I select the mobile number and the name is blue, it then turns to red after about 5-10 seconds.
