Does a BrickLink account cost money?
All BrickLink Store Fees and MOC Store Fees are based on the net price of each order item. Account Balance and Amount Due: Your account balance for Fees due to BrickLink is the sum of Fees from all orders received minus the sum of all Fee payments received by BrickLink from you at any given time.

Select the option to file an OCR & select a reason for what happened (a comment is also required). Click the Take Action button.

To file an Order Cancel Request, go to the Problem Order page, enter the order ID and the option to file an Order Cancel Request will appear if the order has status of one of the following: Pending. BrickLink tracking is a tool that allows you to know the shipping status of your package. With this tracking number, you can log in to the Courier website and track your package’s shipping details. The tracking number can be viewed in the order details section, under the category “Orders Placed”.
