Does my product require a CE mark?

Can I self certify Ukca?
In terms of self-certification of products, manufacturers will have to use the UKCA marking only if the specific product falls within the scope of the new UK marking. The UKCA marking will only be valid in the UK and will not be recognised on the EU market.
When do I need to use a CE marking?

Can you self certify a product for a CE mark?
Since you can self-certify your products for a CE mark, if you are sure your product is compliant, then you can apply the CE mark to your PCB without testing. But I don’t advise that.
Can a CE mark be applied to a PCB?
Note this is very similar to the Part 15 requirements of the FCC (which of course don’t apply to the EU), as described by Olin in his answer. Since you can self-certify your products for a CE mark, if you are sure your product is compliant, then you can apply the CE mark to your PCB without testing.
Do you still need CE marking after Brexit?
PLEASE NOTE ALSO: After the Brexit has been completed, and after a transition period, the United Kingdom will not longer require the CE marking, but they will require the UKCA conformity marking instead.
