Why is an user not able to see the records created by?
User (HR Manager) profile have all modify on Contact.Lookup from Order_Item__c to Contact but i am not able to see Contacts (Created by Admin) in Lookup Search Dialogues when i am trying to create Order_Item__c object. But in Admin purspective there are no problems occuring when i am trying to create Order_Item__c object.
