Open Central Admin on SharePoint Server. Go to Application Management, then select Alternate Access Mappings. Select the web app that you want to change to SSL by selecting it from the top right drop-down menu. Edit the default public URL and change HTTP to HTTPS to redirect the site to use SSL.
Five zones are available for each SharePoint web application: default, intranet, Internet, extranet, and custom. The names of the additional four zones (intranet, extranet, Internet, and custom) bear no technical meaning.
What is SharePoint zone?
A zone, as you’ve learned, is a logical path to a web application and, technically, is the result of an access mapping that associates a URL and a web application. Five zones are available for each SharePoint web application: default, intranet, Internet, extranet, and custom.

Open SharePoint Online Admin center and then click on Settings -> Site creation -> then change the Default time zone. This is how you can change the SharePoint Online time zone at tenant level.
How to change the default internal url in SharePoint?
In the Zone list, click the zone for the internal URL. Click Save. You can’t delete the last internal URL for the default zone. On the Alternate Access Mappings page, click the internal URL that you want to edit or delete. In the Edit internal URL section, change the URL in the URL protocol, host and port box.
We can change SharePoint Online site language from the regional settings page. Open the SharePoint site, click on the gear icon or settings icon. Then click on Site settings. Then from the Site Administration, click on Regional Settings.
