How do I change the organization-wide defaults in Salesforce?
To change the organization-wide defaults for external access to the user object:
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Sharing Settings , then select Sharing Settings.
- Click Edit in the Organization-Wide Defaults area.
- Select the default internal and external access you want to use for user records.
- Click Save.
